Originating from Zimbabwe, garlic baskets are organically woven masterpieces with each having it own unique style and wave feature. Known for their interesting form that closely resembles that of a garlic, this abstract form of basketry can be used in home décor and for storage.

Garlic gourd baskets are most times on their side and not straight up. Best suited for display on corners or window bays. If you prefer to have your basket straight up, one can easily soak the basket with warm water, slightly shape it to sit up and allow to dry in sunlight for 24 hours.
