Refund policy

If your purchase doesn’t work out, we offer returns within 14 days for online orders (exchange or refund) and 10 days for in-store purchases (exchange or store credit only). To initiate a return, please email info@handegoodscompany.com within 14 days of your online purchase (or 10 days for in-store purchases) with your receipt for return authorization.

All items must be unused and in its original condition with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Any custom orders, all furniture, artwork, gift cards, lighting, apothecary/body care and sale items are final sale.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.

General

Discount codes cannot be used on sale, gift boxes, as well as some lighting and furniture pieces. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes and they can only be used at time of checkout.

Please note, some of our products are vintage items. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect, just how we like it! Our vintage items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high quality standards. Condition is already reflected in price.

Returns from photo shoots will receive a 20% restocking fee applied.
