Domestic & Local Shipping

All Domestic US shipping is completed by UPS or USPS. All of our orders are shipped from our store in Los Angeles, CA within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. If there is a delay or issue with your shipping, our team will contact you via email.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping purchase requirements are met. Please note that while we offer free shipping on many of our collections, some exclusions apply. The certain items from these collections are excluded from our free shipping offer: Poufs & Ottomans, Furniture, Lighting, Baskets. International Shipping

All international shipping is done through DHL or FedEx.

 

If you are outside of the US but would like to place an order, please contact us at info@handegoodscompany.com for a formal quote. International shipping rates will vary from country to country. 

 

When we receive the order, we will supply a shipping quote to you. If the quote is acceptable, we will contact you for payment. If the quote is not acceptable, we can cancel your order with no penalty. Note: we do not charge your credit card until you have approved the shipping fee.

 

Customs and Duties

Any customs charges or import duty on international orders are the buyers responsibility. These fees are not included or covered by H+E Goods Company. Please contact your local customs office for more information on the charges.
